If you have travelled from China or have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus in the last two weeks, you may be at risk of Coronavirus. Please do NOT leave the house. Instead, ring 111 if:
- You have been in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Taiwan and Thailand in the last 14 days and develop cough, fever or shortness of breath; or
- You have been in Wuhan or Hubei Province in the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus, even if you feel well

Quit4good with new online stop smoking service
Thousands of smokers in Warwickshire are being encouraged to ‘quit for good’ with the launch of new online stop smoking service www.quit4good.co.uk
Quit4good is a free 12 week programme provided by NHS regular support from expert Stop Smoking Advisors, access to a forum of fellow quitters, regular support emails and stop smoking medication (prescription payable). This new online service is in addition to the existing face-to-face Stop Smoking Advisor service that operates in Pharmacies and GP’s.
Pregnant smokers who want to “Quit4Baby” can also access the online service. Alternatively they can see a Stop Smoking in Pregnancy Advisor who can visit them at home, or visit a pharmacy who provides a Stop Smoking in Pregnancy Service.

Statement of Intent (Extention to online services).
Plan to Meet GMS / PMS 2015-16 Contractual Requirement for Patient Online Service
This practice plans to offer the facility for patients to view online, export or print detailed coded information held in their own records from31st March 2016.
These dates are subject to the necessary NHS GP systems and software being available to the practice.
This practice currently offers the facility for patients:
- to book, view, amend, cancel and print appointments online
- to order online, view and print a list of their repeat prescriptions for drugs, medicines or appliances
- to view online, export or print summary information from their record, relating to medications, allergies, adverse reactions and any other items agreed between the practice and individual patient
Unless otherwise advised please note that your accountable GP is the GO with whom you have been registered. This does not affect in any way your ability to see the GP of your choice.
Please note that the Practice operates a call recording system for the purposes of Call monitoring and Quality Purposes.

Breast Screening Service @ St Cross.
We are the Breast Screening Service for Warwickshire, Solihull and Coventry and offer free breast screening in a convenient location.
We are screening ladies from the following GP practice in December 2018 till February 2019

The mobile unit at Rugby St Cross
The NHS Breast Screening Programme saves 1,400 lives every year. All women aged 50 and over are entitled to breast screening every three years.
As part of the National Breast Screening Programme the age range is being extended from 47-50 and 70-73 and women are being selected randomly per GP practice within this age range. You will soon be receiving an appointment through the post; the appointment can be changed to be more convenient to you if required.
Any lady over 70 is entitled to breast screening and is able to make any appointment on the number below as long as it’s not been less than 3 years.
